These Dear Creatures...

Why don't we dress like this anymore? Why aren't hats in fashion? Why is it that few people know what I'm talking about when I mention finger waves? These dear creatures are far more facinating than our generation will ever be. They were iconic, while the years between 2000 and 2010 will be remembered as the decade lacking ingenuity. Fashion now does not create. They dig back through the past and make "updated" crap. The past is lovely and fierce, but I wish that instead of updating it, we'd all just wear the authentic stuff. Hats! Feathers! Bobbed haircuts with finger waves! Bring it on!
